Please remember the information from this form (not including "user account info") is printed in the brochure for your fair patrons and should be submitted with that end use in mind.
The brochure will take a different form this year. It will not include the individual events that each fair holds. That was a lot of detailed event information months in advance of your fairs that sometimes by your fair dates had changed. No fault of anyone, just the the way it goes as we plan and fine tune working up the event date each year. This new piece will give the fairgoer: your fair name, location, website and phone # as you wish to list them. Additional information will be listed on the website and we will be requesting that beginning March 1 and going forward as it becomes available. As always you will see a proof prior to printing.
All brochure information must be submitted using this form as it does go the multiple recipients all at once.
