2025 Fair Season Brochure Info

All forms must be submitted by Friday, January 31st.
Please remember the information from this form (not including "user account info") is printed in the brochure for your fair patrons and should be submitted with that end use in mind.
Please enter your fair name, location, website and phone # as you wish them to be listed in print and online. Additional information will be listed on the website and we will be requesting that beginning March 1 and going forward as it becomes available.
All brochure information must be submitted using this form as it does go the multiple recipients all at once.

I acknowledge that:
1. Our listing will not appear in the brochure if our member dues are not paid in full by February 1st.
2. We are responsible for proof reading all of our fairs data when the brochure proof is sent via email to all designated fair personnel.

Changes/updates: If you need to add or change something prior to the deadline you can submit this form again with the updated information. You do not need to fill in all fields, only those pertinent to the changes/updates.

Proof: A proof will be sent to the email(s) that is/are provided on this form.
