Article II, Section 4 of the bylaws state “If a Member or Associate Fair does not pay its dues by February 1 of each year, all its membership rights and privileges will be forfeited”. All fairs are encouraged to submit their dues in a timely manner.

- District Fairs $50
- Local Fairs $50
- 4-H Fairs $15
- Associate Fairs $50
Each Fair has received a paper invoice in the mail. Please ensure to return it timely with payment.
Additionally, please complete this form. We utilize this information for our marketing brochure. We need this information if you would like your fair to be featured in it.
Your fair volunteers/committees/directors should also be completing this form. We utilize this information to mail season passes to members who have earned them and provide the name/email/positions list to our entire membership for collaboration purposes. (For example, so Entertainment coordinators can share act info, quilting/baking contest teams have scheduled meetings for judges to share best practices, pulling team has scheduled meetings, etc.)
